    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back to our offices within 30 days of the shipping date. All orders include a return form. Please fill outthe form including the reason form the return and place it in the box with your order, before shipping back.

    After we'll receive your box, you'll receive an email conforming your box is received in our offices. We will offer you a full refund (within 30 days period) or if you wise to exchange your order for a different item.

    We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges.

    Defective/Flawed Products

    SEAT SAVER stands behind all of its products. If your product has a workmanship or material flaw, support is available depending on your place of purchase.
